Privacy Policy

In short
Doorway asks you to connect a wallet and nothing else. There is no email sign-up, no password and no advertising. Doorway does not use analytics tools, tracking pixels or its own cookies. The data below is what the service needs to move your deposit and show you where it is.
What Doorway collects and stores
When you make a deposit, Doorway stores these records in its database:
- Your wallet address and the identifier that Privy gives your wallet sign-in.
- The details of each deposit: the chain and wallet you send from, the refund address, the amounts, the market you chose, the deposit address the funding provider gave you, the address of your smart account on Monad, and the signed approval you gave.
- A history of every step the deposit goes through. Each step records the transaction hashes, block numbers and the responses that outside services gave, so the deposit can be audited later.
- The temporary key set up for a deposit: its public address, its limits, its expiry and a reference to where the key is kept. The key itself is never stored in the database.
- A record of the gas Doorway sponsors for each deposit, with its cost in dollars, which is used to keep the sponsorship budget within its limit.
Doorway does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or identity documents, and it does not store your IP address in its database.
What stays in your browser
Doorway keeps a few small items in your browser's local storage so that a page reload does not lose your place: the deposit in progress, the last deposit you opened, a withdrawal transaction hash, the amount that arrived, a Solana address if you connected one, whether you disconnected it, and whether you agreed to the Terms of Use. They stay on your device. Doorway sets no cookies of its own. Privy and your wallet may store their own data in your browser, under their own policies.
Server logs
Doorway's servers write logs so that problems can be found and fixed. Logs from the website are held by Vercel and include the usual request details such as the time, the page requested and the IP address. Logs from the background workers are held by Railway. Doorway uses a logger that removes secrets such as keys and tokens before anything is written.
Who receives data
Doorway relies on these services. Each one receives only what its job needs.
- Vercel hosts the website and its server code. It sees every request to Doorway, including the IP address, and uses the country of the request so Doorway can block sanctioned regions.
- Neon hosts the database described above.
- Railway runs the background workers that watch for your deposit and complete the purchase.
- Privy connects your wallet and signs in with it. Doorway uses wallet sign-in only, not email. Privy also keeps the temporary key that places your purchase. Privy receives your wallet address and the technical details of your connection.
- Pimlico sponsors gas and submits transactions. It receives the transaction data for your smart account on Monad.
- NEAR Intents and Aurora Intents carry your USDC between chains. They receive your deposit and refund addresses, the destination address on Monad and the amount.
- Kuru is a public order book on Monad. Your purchase is a public transaction there, not a message sent to Kuru.
- Blockchain data providers. To read balances and prices, your browser contacts public RPC services for Monad, Base, Arbitrum, Ethereum and Solana, and these see your IP address and the addresses they are asked about. The landing page loads its font from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address.
Doorway does not sell your data and does not share it for advertising.
On-chain data is public and permanent
Everything you do on a blockchain is public and permanent. Your wallet address, your smart account, the deposit, the purchase and every transaction hash can be seen by anyone, and nobody, including the Doorway team, can delete or change it.
How long data is kept
Doorway keeps data as long as it is needed to run and audit the service. You can ask for the data in Doorway's database that relates to you to be deleted, except where Doorway must keep it for a legal reason or to investigate a problem. On-chain data cannot be deleted.
Your rights and contact
You can ask what Doorway holds about you, ask for a correction or ask for deletion by writing to contact@doorway.network. Include the wallet address you used so the request can be matched to the right records. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
